Infrared Sauna

Experience the soothing warmth of our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, by Sunlighten, in a private room with a relaxing temperature range of 150° -167° degrees. The infrared technology penetrates your skin, gently heating your core to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and bring moisture and oxygen to the skin's surface. This process can help lower blood pressure, enhance your complexion, detoxify your body, and burn calories.

Peel
A chemical peel is a skin-renewing treatment performed by a licensed medical nurse using a specialized solution to target fine lines, uneven tone, acne scars, and pigmentation.
We offer two SkinMedica peels, Vitalize (great for beginners) and Rejuvenize.
For best results, we recommend three sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a non-invasive treatment that uses fine needles to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture.
Adding PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) enhances healing and results by using growth factors from your own blood.
